Honey will naturally crystallize on its own. Creamed honey is when the crystallization process is controlled to achieve a smooth and uniform texture. All the beneficial compounds of honey are kept intact, we never add heat. If heat is applied, it will become liquid.

Keep away from light and store at room temperature. May refrigerate for a thicker texture.
