About the Beekeepers

Jason was raised in New Braunfels, TX, and began beekeeping in 2014. With support from family and a local bee club, the San Marcos Bee Wranglers, he learned how to manage our apiary without the use of chemical treatments. This helps keep the bee colonies strong and industrial chemicals out of our honey and wax. He earned his master’s degree in biochemistry from UCLA and met Amy while conducting research at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX.
